And wow if it is sharp, I cut myself right away, but never been happier to do so! The blade is incredibly sharp, it will slice a potato instantly. I can finally make crisps at home. The only drawback of this model is the width, it is rather small at 6 cm (might struggle to slice aubergines) but is good to start since the asking price is not too high.
