I think it absolutely works
Why? Because by now the pillow would have start to have a slight smell, or I would start to break out. But not yet. Pillow always feels slightly cool and a smooth touch. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the zipper though, maybe it's just my overthinking it. I sleep like a mummy so it doesn't matter.PS: I wash pillow case 2x a week. Just that I make a lot of oil on my face and back.

Okay Pillow Case But Can’t Definitively Say It Works
It’s a very nice pillow case, but I can’t say the copper infusion really helps. Along with this pillow, I changed my nightly regiment as well. Ive seen improvement to my skin, but I can’t say this is all due to the pillowcase itself. Please be mindful that there is not enough evidence to support the antibacterial properties of copper infused fabrics. If you’re looking for a soft, nice pillowcase, this is a great choice, but I’d consider other methods to prevent/reduce acne or skin breakouts.

Sizing is off
I use standard size pillows and this came a little small. I have super sensitive skin and wanted to try it to see if it would help but I could not get it to fit around the pillow so I cannot give it a fair review for effectiveness.

Scratchy!
I returned these without using them. In comparison to other pillowcases I’ve purchased recently: mulberry silk, satin, or even my cotton pillowcases. These weren’t soft to the touch. I needed something that would be gentle and soft against my face and had heard good things about copper, but the texture just didn’t work for my needs.
