Does it harden over tome or in the oven or does it just stay soft?

It hardens pretty quickly but we found it doesn't stick to anything very well. Consider this if you decide to buy it. It was frustrating for the kids.

Can you buy color refills

I purchased mine a year ago as a gift. At that time I also bought a refill package of different colors. You could do a search for refills to see if they are still available. I would think they would still make refills.

I also want to know about this product washing out of fabric.

We had just a small amount that needed cleaning from my daughter's shirt sleeve. I got the spot damp, sprayed it with Shout, and used a little bit of elbow grease to get out the Doh.
