Nice when it works
I loved that i could set this and it would put itself on warm if I was to busy to. Unfortunately it didn't even last a year. I bought it on sale after black Friday last year. It lasted until September of this year. It just died, i noticed it wasnt warm any longer and it wouldn't turn on. I know stuff happens but then trying to get ahold of any kind of help from this company is impossible. When it works its easy to clean and very protable. The lid tends to get stuck when locking and unlocking. I do not believe that i the quality is up to the price and I will go back to another brand. I love all my other pioneer woman kitchen supplies and i so wanted to love this.
