Had them for a few months now and they still remain very sharp despite being used for a variety of things including cutting heavy rug adhesive. Durable and not change color after wash. They are rust resistant. They are very comfortable and easy to use. Not bulky or heavy. The scissors work very well and are A must have for every home.

I am such a scissor snob. Nothing but Ginghers for sewing and needlework and yarn work. I have over a thousand dollars wrapped up in just Ginghers and for only very specific purposes. Paper crafting has specific style for its scissors and I have a half dozen or so of those. And dollar store scissors; at least a half dozen of those about. And for all my life I've had several scissor monkeys on my back. Inevitably they rust (especially in tackle boxes) or when they're left on the porch late at night after a 'craft-in' or just plain quality and time. But I've never had kitchen scissors i like. And I truly don't believe price equals quality. These scissors are high end value at a decent, almost low end, price point. I bought a rose gold pair over five months ago. I was blown away before I even opened the box they were packaged in. Heavy. Nice heavy scissors. Gorgeous rose gold. And absolutely no signs of the color rubbing off, chipping, or flaking. Excellent handles. Non-specific so any way I pick them up they're fine. No changing hands. And they cut through meat and bone beauuuuuuuuutifully. Recently I've been using them to break up ice. The ice pick was no where to be found. These scissors are SUPREME for breaking up ice. To the point I'm ordering my second pair. In red. Will probably end up with a gold pair, too. They are just that good. I'm hoping they'll add blue to the color pallete of options. I would absolutely give these as gifts (as I have many times with Ginghers) and unequivocally recommend them for kitchen work, no matter the task. I do want to add, not sure how they'd stand up to professional kitchen and bone. But for my kitchen. They are the bomb. Thank you.

Best kitchen shears I’ve ever had. They are super sharp, do no issues cutting anything in the kitchen. So happy I found these. I will be buying two more for my short term rental properties.

Scissors were of good quality. Sharp and cut well. Hefty and large. Price was great. Not much more to say

A really strong set of kitchen shears. After pitching yet another pair of cheaper shears that snapped at the plastic handle, i decided to spend a few more dollars to get a total metal pair. They are sharp, attractive, and look like the handles will last longer than I will.

Heavy duty, not cheaply made. Handles a little large but other then that they do what they need for the kitchen.

My husband keeps opening packages with my steak knives so I bought these scissors. Wow!! I'm keeping them and maybe he can use them occasionally. They are wonderful!! Buy them if you can because they are durable and sharp.
