I mostly use the roller for loosening muscles in my legs and back, and especially my IT band. The roller is very light and sturdy, and seems to easily handle my 200lb weight. It is easy to roll back and forth on the muscles and help loosen them. I was having a lot of issues with one of my legs, and this roller has helped me loosen the muscles up and allowed me to walk again without much pain. Would definitely buy again. Oh, It is very light for travel, but it's kind long to fit in the suitcase and would take up a bit of space. But I just use it at home and it works great.
