A good performing amp with lots of features
Bought this to replace my old Marantz and couldn’t be happier. Superb sound, easy to connect to existing speakers and lots of inputs/outputs to cater for most setups. Linked ours to Amazon music and Alexa. It integrates seamlessly with our Sky system and Samsung Tv and the Denon & HEOS apps that work with it are useful features. Initial setup is simple enough and the microphone uses to detect the sound ensures good coverage of the room. Size is standard for an amp, build quality is sturdy and it was good value for money.

Great av receiver just missing one small feature that would make it perfect
This is my 4th denon av receiver and just like the first 3 its great has plenty of power for the average 5.1/5.2 setup currently running it with the jbl stage a180 for front and jbl stage a170 for rears and it easily maxes all 4 speakers out.The video output over hdmi is clear and doesn't have much effect on the latency on both pc and console which is good for gamers.my only gripe is the fact denon doesn't give you the option of running at 240hz over hdmi at lower resolutions like 1080p which my tv will do 1080p 240hz or 4k 144hz denon could easily add native support for 1080p 240hz ive had it working through creating a custom resolution on nvidia control panel shown in last picture.

Pricey, but worth it.
Set up was straightforward, and although speaker calibration took a bit of time (about 15 mins to get it perfect) the sound scape is very good indeed.Having researched AVR's to death, Denon's mid-range AVR's are pricey. There are other cheaper options out there that do pretty much the same thing, as essentially it is your speakers that go a long way to dictating the sound quality.I chose this product because Denon is renowned for and synonymous with excellent build quality that offers a reliability and stability above most others, and have to say that coupled with my Bose 5.1 surround sound speakers, it sounds fantastic!

Denon AVC-S670H 5.2 Channel AV Amplifier
Easy to setup with the gadget provided. Good enough choices for external connections, e.g. optical and analogue inputs for the CD player, HDMI and wireless connections including Bluetooth which makes it versatile.Btw, the sound output is good. Value for money.

Buggy and confusing
Don't get me wrong, this thing sound great- when its not making you pull your hair out with how confusing and convoluted the layout and menu system is. Coupled with the buggy inconsistencies of not recognising my inputs like amazon fire stick, ps5 etc -even after 2 hard resets. This thing has a mind of its own, never know what its going to do or not do. Certainly not worth paying that amount of money.
