You can't expect top quality video from this at the price you pay. Some good features to use. The only let down is it does lag behind on video but picture quality is good. For the money - good value

Picture quality is first class and very sharp, setup is fairly easy but found my anti virus prevented the PC software from accepting the password (had to disable the anti virus until the password was put in) after that it works all the time. Very pleased with this camera it does do nighttime colour BUT it requires the very bright LEDs to be on - something my next door neighbour did not appreciate! Only one other thing is the people tracking is a little slow to track meaning if you have a very fast walking postman (as we have!) He walks out of shot and the camera loses him! All over the system is good if you can live with the few restrictions. I am going to purchase a couple more so I have 100% house coverage.

Bought in place of Ring cam for outside great camera good clarity 👌

Unfortunately I never got as far as mounting this camera outside, due to it's limitations.I am no novice when it comes to CCTV cameras or computers, but this camera was so difficult to set up to use on a PC.Even after communicating with the manufacturer, for advice, I was still unable to get it to work on the PC., even when using their recommended Windows app, and I finaly gave up after around 50 attempts.I uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried numerous different versions of the Windows app, but it was still impossible to get the camera to work and view it on the PC.Because of the total lack of Alexa compatibility, and not being able to see the camera on my PC, etc., I never actually got to see how good the picture was, or wasn't, on a big screen.The available functions were good; tilt, revolve, and zoom, etc. which I could see on my phone, but a phone, however large the screen, is not the ideal way of viewing a CCTV camera.It's a shame, because I had high hopes for this camera.

Set up is easy, good quality view

I bought this camera to replace one I had bought a few years ago which I have now re-sited to the rear of my property. I had trouble setting up the camera properly so I contacted Ctronics Customer Service at Shenzen, China for advice. After exchanging a couple of e-mails with Echo , their Customer Services rep, it was arranged that Ctronics engineers would set up my camera remotely. This was done and I must say that this is really an excellent camera with very clear images in both live and play back modes. Thank you Echo and your engineering colleagues for excellent Customer Service

An OK camera for the price. But the software is clunky, and even when hard wired directly into the modem it frequently reports 'network anomaly' and goes off line.
