Staying hydrated with water was not sufficient to avoid muscle cramping after playing pickleball. This product was rated as #1 for electrolyte replenishment with only 2 tablets a day. Works great and have not had any muscle cramping during or after playing pickleball in the 90 degree plus weather.

Hydration is the key that allows me to work all summer in the desert. In the past I used a variety of foods with nutrients for hydration and drank water all day. This summer as a supplement, I’ve added these hydration tablets. I have not dried out this summer and I haven’t run out of salt and gotten hyponatremia which has been a problem in the past. These pills are great to have. I took just one and cleaned my whole house from top to bottom. But when it came time to sleep my brain would not shut off as if I could still get up and continue to clean. Make sure you drink enough water though.

These are great!

The coating on these makes them difficult to swallow. It is almost grainy and not smooth. I've been taking electrolyte supplements for many years and have never had an issue. The size of the pill is nice and not too large. You do have to take two. As far as how they make me feel? They're fine but nothing special. I'll finish them up but won't reorder.

I often get cramps from work, after taking these I have not had severe cramps in my hands or back. I should probably drink more water bit ive been saying that for 30 years. This is a good supplement.
