This is great as it tastes good and has all the benefits of D3 and K2 which are very useful during the winter months due to lack of sunshine

A lovely cinnamon flavour and effective Vit D.

Product itself is good yet the waste due to the awkward spray method is ridiculous hence why it gets 3stars advice use without spray attachment then it's a 5star as less waste

I like this spray and much prefer it to tablet supplements. I take calcium tablets each day for bone health, and this D3 supplement helps your body to absorb the calcium more efficiently. This spray is pleasant tasting and easy to use. Very handy product.
