Our grandson was happy when we gave him , he built straight away. Lots fun and laughter

This was a great project to put together, instructions where clear and the Robot worked. However it worked better with the app than it did with the remote control. a few parts where a little loose. Also it is very fast, which gave a heart stopping moment as it headed towards the edge of the table. Overall though it was full to build with the nephew. He loves Wall-e so had fun. I would highly recommend buying, but be aware of the above

In the hands of a child, this set transforms into a world of robots and creativity. The variety it offers with the four models is commendable. The remote and app controls were intuitive and added layers of fun, allowing the robots to perform some truly entertaining stunts. I particularly admired the educational aspect of coding and programming, making it not just play, but also a learning tool.

This is a very interesting model set because as you can clearly see, the set has been completed modelled on the iconic robot character WALL-E but this is very much, an off brand non licensed use of that likeness and is quite surprising it has actually made it to market probably by cleverly not mentioning the name at all anywhere.This is a fun but complicated build, you can build anything from the iconic ROBOT itself to different vehicle versions making it very versatile on how and what you build. The pieces are very much in the same style as the more famous LEGO Brand with pictorial instructions and the pieces separated into sections to make the build easier to manage. It has a remote control to make it move and with the app, you can even program sequences for the robots to follow and at the time of building and testing, they all worked really well.The main thing to point out though, is whilst this has "ages" from 7 to highlight the target audience, this is a very complicated set to build with many intricate moments during the main build such as installing an d testing the mechanics and remote control features will need adult supervision depending on the age of the children making it. I made this a project for myself and my 9 yr old nephew to end the summer with, and it was certainly challenging in parts and frustrating for him so I took over. So yes, a very fun build but do bear in mind the age of the person the set is intended for. Overall...great fun, as an experienced LEGO builder and set collector, I was very impressed by this and had fun with it as a project to share with my nephew.

I absolutely love this. From the moment of opening the box, you just know that it’s high-quality and a great present for somebody.It feels well-made and durable.There are a lot of pieces in this and it is advised from age seven upwards. However, I would say it’s more aimed at age 10 as it’s very complicated and does require some adult supervision/support.You can choose from different designs to follow and then once mate, you can then control it to move just like a remote control car.The remote requires batteries, but the actual robot is charged by USB.Overall performance of this item is great and I am very impressed with it so far.It would make a lovely gift for somebody, and although rather expensive, it is actually good value for money as it is excellent quality

This is a really lovely building kit, it comes in a very nice box clearly showing the 4 types of robot which you can choose to build.Inside the box there are 560 pieces which combine to build this WallE type robot , be aware that a lot of the pieces are small so the recommended age range of 6+ is a sensible one .There are 4 types of robot which can be built and they are all great looking.It comes with a usb charging lead and instruction manual along with a remote control unit which is a nice size for children. It can also be controlled via an app which older children will enjoy. There are several different modes such as remote control, driving and gyro modes.The instructions are easy to read and are large coloured pictures showing how the build goes together. It is fun for children to not only put together but to be able to play with it interactively once finished is great.Both older and younger children will get hours of entertainment from this as there are so many options with it. It is a top ten stem project 2023 which is shown on the box and I can see why as it is a great learning toy for both building and coding.The price is very reasonable for such a good set.
