My two fur babies and I highly approve this fountain.I previously had two water bowls in different areas. On day one, I removed the bowl in the main locale, my kitchen. The kitties were quite curious with their new bowl, with my 1yr old pawing at the water flowing from the protruding fountain. My 11yr old drank from the fountain by the end of day one. On day two, I removed their other water bowl located on the landing to the basement. Within 30 minutes, my younger girl was drinking from her new "toy." 😹Now, a month later, all of us couldn't be happier. I would recommend purchasing the filter and fountain bundle. I wash/clean the fountain every 5-7 days and rinse off the motor filter (black round one). Every 10-14 days, I wash/clean the fountain and then change both filters. I wouldn't mess around with trying to save on filter usage, as the motor longevity probably depends upon those filters.Ensure to register this upon receipt. Hope my review helps a bit.

Very good quality water fountain. Our cat pretty much looks at it and walks by it without using it, but our dog loves it! Who knew? Very quiet. It sounds like trinkling water when it’s on and you can hardly hear it. Much better to clean than a plastic one as it doesn’t build up mold. Easy to clean and install filter. Less water on the floor now that my dog uses this. 10/10 highly recommend

This is my second purchase of this fountain. I bought the first one as a gift for my mother and bought this for myself after the pump on my old one stopped working. It arrived missing the water spout so I emailed the company over the weekend. They responded that same day and have already shipped me the part. That’s amazing and I truly appreciate the quick response and action.The fountain itself is great. I love that I can see the water level easily, it holds a perfect amount of water, it’s easy to clean (and comes with a little brush to get in the nooks and crannies) and it’s quiet. And most importantly, my cats love it!!! I highly recommend!

Can't see the water level very well as it is on the floor. My cats like it & the noise is not unpleasantEasy to assemble
