Q: i just received mine. Why does it look like it’s had water in it already?

It may be normal to see a trace amount of water in the reservoir upon opening the packaging. We recommend running an auto clean cycle prior to the first usage. No, made in China. I don't recommend this iron either. Thee are better irons out there!

This iron is awful….I would never purchase again. Yes sometimes the steam work and most of the time it drips water on the article of clothing which you are trying to iron.
