Hi, Is this definitely dog friendly? Thanks.

We use glyphosate weed killers - usually clinic or Grazeon - and they are safe for animals once dry. We always leave it a couple of hours before we let our pets on it.

How long after spraying can I safely let my dogs back outside on the sprayed area ??

There are instructions on the label I think, I waited 24hrs but then I am very cautious around weed killers. I have used this number of times it is very effective but needs patience as it takes time to work and my dogs had no problems the next day

didnt finish question is this ok to spray weeds around young sapling trees just a couple of years old

Yes as long as no over spray reaches the saplings.
