BrooksMen's Ghost 15 Neutral Running Shoe

I really like this shoe. Once I got the laces to fit my foot, it has been ultra comfortable. I feel like I glide across the pavement. The color is fun and the shoe looks sharp!

Read numerous reviews before buying these. I am a forefoot striker and have had a number of foot issues since turning 40. Brooks Ghost were my last pair of running shoes and they are more neutral foot strike and cushion so not much improvement in my toe box pain level.I was suspicious of the fit and feel after receiving them. The tongue is silly. It is not a full tongue, it is sewn in at the very top leaving little room to put your foot in. I have narrow feet with high arches so it hasn't been an issue... ever... until now. Once you do get the tongue pushed back into the shoe and flat it is barely noticeable. What IS noticeable immediately is the rear heel cup. Many reviewers noted the tight heel cup and the odd placement of the band around your upper Achilles area. It is lower than most shoes but so tight that it rubs with every movement.I have run for a long time and typical first 2 or 3 runs in a shoe result in some discomfort and blisters. If you are not prepared for this then Levitate will likely get bad reviews. I was prepared and I can tell you the tightness feels great and the "heat" from the contact point goes away after a couple runs.The best part is that the Levitate actually allows me to run more than 1x per week now. The forefoot cushion is excellent. The rigidity of the spine is enough to prevent arch strain, which forefoot runners are very familiar with. Overall this is a great shoe for forefoot strikers with the understanding that you need to break them in.Would be great if there were some more interesting colors and patterns available.

Love brooks ghost line! Work as cath lab nurse and spend up to 14 hours on my feet. These shoes are cute and comfortable. My feet, knees, and hips don't hurt despite the long work hours and wearing heavy lead aprons at work. Love them and would recommend these shoes!

I think the ghost 13s were fantastic--these seem less durable and less supportive than my 13s.

High quality neutral shoe for people who tend to supinate or have a neutral gate. Very comfortable and durable. Great for running or working on your feet all day.

I was looking for a new shoe brand after wearing New Balance for the last 30 years. Their shoe quality and workmanship have fallen off a cliff. I had 3 pairs in a row where the tread separated almost immediately after starting to wear them. I contacted New Balance and they couldn’t care less so they lost a long time reliable customer. A friend suggested Brooks so I gave this shoe a try. Wow, I had no idea what I was missing. I thought I knew comfort until I wore these all day. We live in central Florida so theme park trips are frequent. My New Balance were fine and felt comfortable and never hurt after walking and standing all day but at night it felt like I had been walking and standing ALL DAY. My lower legs and feet would hurt at night laying in bed. I didn’t think much of it and thought it came with the days activities. Well after numerous trips around the theme parks and other all day adventures in these Brooks shows my feet not only do not hurt during the day but I have virtually no pain at the end of the day in bed. I am not a podiatrist I have no idea what the tech is and I am not using any kind of insert or orthotic just the shoe right out of the box. I am sold, the extra cost over my previous brand is well worth it! I am middle aged sporting a dad bod with probably an extra 25 pounds from my fit working out 5 days a week playing sports days. Note, I am not a runner. I hope this helps someone who thought they too had an old reliable show brand and have no idea what they are missing.
