This is not a good product. The white thing at the end of the tube does not come off. I love the concept of the toy I wish It worked. Also the bat has to be fixed every other second so thats annoying too.edit: customer service reached out and addressed my issue and made it right!

My kiddos love this toy. Its so fun and is at such a great price point. My 3 year old is learning hand eye coordination and this toy helps with that. Bring us a lot of joy when were playing outside. Even the adults jump in on the fun! Its well made and sores easily. Would 10/10 recommend. Would also make a good toddler gift!

It the most durable. Very flimsy. Fun for kids though.

My son absolutely loves this, it was super easy to assemble , and kept him entertained for hours, by the time he has four he will definitely be ready for T-ball. Thanks to this.

Super easy set up, super fun and the kids love it. The Velcro sticks well just have to rub it up a little the first time. Is easy to take apart and store. Really good gift idea, we got it to start practicing for upcoming baseball season and family activates. The material is good quality and definitely worth the money.

This shows its supposed to come with a small bag and it wasn’t in the box this little bag would be a good thing to keep the balls together so they don’t get lost what happened

UPDATE: While I won’t change the stars on this because the quality is poor, I did receive a full refund for the product which I appreciate.We got this for our 4 year old for his birthday and he has loved it! It’s a great concept because he would always smack the tee over when we tried to play with him. The ball suspension is great for them to develop their swing. However, if you do hit the stand at all, the top pops off. The quality is pretty cheap unfortunately. The concept is great but it should be way sturdier. It also comes with a ball pop up which is cool for when he gets older but too old for him right now. We ended up putting masking tape on it to keep the stand together but then you can switch it to a regular tee. Overall, it’s good for his age. It’s light weight and easy to move around. The size or height is adjustable which is nice. The price is high for how cheaply it’s made. Function is good until you hit it.

Really cheaply made. This isn't going to last long. The pop up thing doesn't work very well out of the box and the rest just feels like it is going to fall apart.edit: they gave me a refund so I'm adding some stars
