The bottom valve on our coffee basket for our coffee maker broke. I could not find a match for the coffee basket. But I found the valve mechanism. It was easy to install, and it worked. Much cheeper than replacing the coffee maker, and cheeper even than the coffee basket. You can't do better than that.

I couldn't figure the tiny white silicone piece until I read and saw his photos. because instructions are NOT included, but are really needed, a short video "how-to" or illustrated instructions SHOULD be available for all the buyers. I mean, I literally paid 8 smackers for 3 tiny pieces, when all I needed was the silicone stopper. but hey, my mister coffee is now functioning without dropping the spring anymore.thank you Mr Mcguire!

The shaft was a little to large for the opening in the basket but I used a box cutter to shave it down so that it works just fine.

Perfect fit for my venerable Mr Coffee. No more grounds in my cup. Really only needed the rubber washer but used the included spring too to bring Mr Coffee back to spec.

This product is a waste of money! There is no hole in the washer and the fit is too tight to allow coffee to drain from the basket! They misrepresented the product and how it fits! I’m not surprised people trying to make money with subpar abilities. Buyer beware!

The inside part is a rubbery gasket that stretched easily over the inserted bottom piece. The hardest part was seeing in all dark. Use a flashlight and a pair of thin needlenose pliers it slipped together in less than 30 seconds. Happy happy mama back making coffee!!Everyone is a winner
