Exactly as described.
Good quality and exactly as described. Easy to use.Bought as an experiment to turn normal pencil pleat heading tape into neat pleats. Don’t use the pull cords and simply put one of these hooks between two pockets to create a flat pleat (I had three pockets between but you could leave more or less depending on fabric width). Added another row below to ensure pleat hangs evenly from rail. Makes the curtains hang in even pleats and they stack back much tighter.
