1. The machine is expensive compared to what is available in the market.2. There is no power backup at all in the machine. Incase of power cut the machine will turn off immediately.3. The scanner option displayed in the machine does not have the scanner, incase you need that we have to pay additionally.4. Pathetic technical support, the OS stopped working and when a ticket was raised no one bothered to call in last one week and no response when tried contacting them again. They have initially informed that it will be fixed within 2-3 hours.Luckily I was eligible to return the product within 7days window and returned it.

I like this product because it make me easy to work in my business and it's feature is very easy to use thank you shreyans.
