Came packaged very well. My experience re time taken to unpackage and assemble was: unpacking and looking at manual about 20 mins and assembly approx 1 hr. Very pleased with the sturdiness of the chair plus ease of movement of the chair. Took a little getting used to the lumber portion but otherwise comfortable. Love the headrest and the slight tilting of the chair when you lean back. Good buy.

Perfect step by step instructions, everything easily identifiable in the guide. I'd put off taking it out the box because I was dreading putting it together but it was about 20 mins and one person like it said. Good quality, large in size, comfy with back and neck support. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Got it today. It was very easy to assembly. It really values for money and seems to be easy to adjusts to our body’s shape. The quality is ok. Not super strong, but ok. It’s a little bit heavy, but with the wheels you don’t need to make much effort to move around. Seems very stable.

I have gone through so many chairs and just before I bought this I ordered another chair that arrived damaged (from another provider). So very glad that happened.I have struggled with seat height, I like a high seat to my desk and I like arms but also like to lift them away and push the chair neatly away under my desk. I suffer with my back and the lumbar support on this chair is great.This is finally the chair I love.Added bonus, my husband is glad because her is sick of building chairs.

Left arm sits lower than right arm. Does not appear to be anywhere to adjust this. Issue with manufacture.Lumbar support cannot be adjusted, regardless of your height. Can be a little uncomfortable - but maybe all good back supports are designed that way to keep you from getting too comfy!

The lumber support is awful and makes for a very uncomfortable seating position. Nothing is adjustable.

Easy to assemble. Back and head supports are great additions.

This chaor actually exceeded my expectations for comfort for the price. It was fairly easy to put together and the lumbar support was an added bonus.

I happened to use this chair in one of the hotels where I stayed and worked out of. I felt so comfortable that I purchased one and was not disappointed. So far, so good! I have had it for over two months and have no complaints about the comfort. Nice Work Chair !

Easy to assemble, works well

Bought 2 of these, and we each assembled them wrong in 1 step. I had to completely redo it. Thankfully I didn't mess up the overall chair.Does creak a little, so do most chairs tho.Leans back pretty far, but does have lock to make it not lean.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this chair!!! The support is great! I love the wide seat cushion and that it is so comfy. The backing is high for neck support and the mesh keeps the airflow. I love that it is all black and goes well with my desk. The arm rests are adjustable and the height adjustment is amazing. Overall the chair is a great buy and the price is an added bonus.

I assembled this under and hour or so. Its not that hard to assemble. Pretty sturdy chair and the lumbar support is there.
