Love it as an external drive enclosure.
I really liked how the top cover magnetically attaches for quick access. Had no difficulties whatsoever with this enclosure, however from what I could tell, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with other heat sinks. Couldn’t get mine to fit, but maybe other types would!

Doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. Tried different ports several times. None of them worked. Item received was wrap sealed but somehow the sticker seal on the box inside was cut already.

Solid but some niggles...
It works pretty well. I don't get why all USB hubs now days only connect at 10G when you have 40 available.The USB section of the station works well, and the SSD portion is well designed. The heatsinks keep the SSD fairly cool.The SSD's max speed is 1000mb/s. Good enough.However, at least on Mac, I have had it randomly disconnect the SSD and reconnect. Once or twice this happened during an important transfer and I had to start over again.For the price, I would expect solid reliability.

So far not too great
So initial impressions are not too great. I will write more of the specifics as I test them but I want to add this right away. The file transfer speeds are SLOW. I transferred a 1.3gb file to a USB 3.0 flash drive using this dock and the average transfer speed is around 3MB/s a second. I have the dock connected to my desktop directly to a USB C 3.1 port. Not good.

Perfect
Really nice product, well made, sturdy. The case is really nice too.Used this to recover data from an M2 SSD and got peak speeds of around 400 MBytes/sec in a linux machine.

Great USB-C docking station
I'm using this docking station with my macbook pro and it runs smooth. I put a western digital 500Gb SN770 NVMe SSD to the enclosure and It was very easy to put the heatsink and install.It has many ports, I'm just using the HDMI, 100W charging and some times the SD and the USB-C port. I'm very happy with this product!!
