I've bought these and they are discoloured?

Mine went discoloured after few weeks too. Only ever washed them by hand, I never put in dishwasher. So Sent them back. They sent me same replacement. After few weeks they went the same. Actual knives were great just the discolouration was crap. Asked for my money back which they did give me refund. If I were u I’d get a refund. Lyn

Yes, please use a soft knife sharpener and keep as close to the edge of the knife as possible so you do not damage the coating.

What type of sharpener can you recommend that won’t scratch the blades

I would think that any knife sharpener should be fine if used properly. The sharpener shouldn’t touch the flat of the blade so shouldn’t damage the Damascus effect.
