Good budget trainer
The media could not be loaded. I got this because I haven't exercise in a while. Long ago I had one of those ABB training belts from a very well known brand and I found it useful.This time around I wasn't willing to spend over £100 so I went for this cheaper option. I'm very happy with it, I think it's a very good option if you want to start getting some strength in those muscles that you haven't worked in a while.This one it's a very nice kit, I think for the price it's very good value. It comes with 3 sets of training pads, 1 large and 2 smaller, each one with its own controller and plenty extra sticky pads.It's very easy to use, with lots of different options and gradual intensities.I don't think it's a substitute for exercise but it's a good aid to compliment and certainly a good help if you are trying to get into exercising again after a long period of time and you feel your muscles are too weak to do crunches, after 2 weeks using this daily and I can feel my muscles getting a bit stronger.

Surprised at what this can do.
I have just started back at the gym after a long break from a sports injury so wanted to do a slow return and I have been using this in between sessions and have noticed the strength returning to my legs already. Happy with the results so far.

Not great!
Received this item today. The instructions are not clear, doesn't explain the different modes. Doesn't stick to body. When you move just slightly it peels off. The intensity you can only feel in the centre of the pad especially on the abs. Disappointing!!

Good value
I have purchased this product in the hopes to help in my weight loss journey. It is early days to see results but it does work, was a bit intense in the first day as I have never used anything like this before but now I am used to it. I love the fact that i can do my office work and the device does the work for you. I like to wear it when I walk as well and that for me is a good exercise. I am glad I found this.
