I put it to charge and shows full charge immediately but does not turn on. Wish I could replace just that collar. second collar just gave up. only one collar is working. seems to be charging and light turns green but does not hold charge. They are sending me a replacement and they have great service! The remote is easy to work. ### ⭐ JUNK!! *by J***T on Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2018* I have had this product since mid May, now its mid July, one doesn't work at all, the 2nd only beeps, and the 3rd beeps and vibrates (sometimes). They have been used periodically on 1 dog so it isn't that they are used on a daily basis. Absolutely a waste of money and I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone!!! Very disappointed! If I could give this 0 stars I most definitely would! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 2 broken collars *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2019* I have the 3 dog remote and collar 2 recently stopped working I'm very disappointed I love them other wise. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/55438813-koolkani-650-yards-remote-dog-training-shock-collar-obedience-no](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/55438813-koolkani-650-yards-remote-dog-training-shock-collar-obedience-no) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
