Total lie.
NOT BROTHER. Doesn’t come in the packages shown. Toner leaks. Doesn’t have that green handle like genuine Brother toner. Stay away!!! Ripoff!

Good quality
In recent years, I've had problems with the cheaper off-brand toner cartridges (smudging, etc.). Brother toner is quite a lot more expensive (the Amazon price is the best I've seen), but I have had no problems with it.

One of the two toner cartridges is damaged
I only used Brother parts for my printer and have never had a problem with any of them. This time however, I replaced one of the toner cartridges with the 2nd one only to find that the roller has a ding in the metal and gives me a consistent dot down the page. I replaced the drum after the drum dot test, and the dots are still there every 2 inches or so down the page in the location of the ding in the toner cartridge. It's past the 30 days and I'm screwed! I can't return it and Amazon won't allow me to contact the Seller. My question is, how in the world do we make the 30 days cut off when one cartridge last for 8000 sheets? I'm so upset and disappointed!!!!

Good quality, though pretty expensive.
This is probably the best toner for brother printer. Print perfectly on any kind of papers. However, it will not last 8000 pages as advertised. You have to know how to RESET the toner replacement notice on your printer. Otherwise the printer will automatically prevent your from using the toner after 4000 pages. The price is so high though, I tried to use some aftermarket toners but didn’t get the same quality. Therefore, I only use this toner for important documents.

not buying the knockoffs anymore
Yeah, they're twice, if not more, than the knockoffs but I don't have to worry about smudges, etc for a print job. Ain't nobody got time for that.
