This is the second time I have bought a product on Amazon that had been previously returned. This canopy is in excellent condition and looks new. Very easy to set up and take down. Very sturdy and well made storage case with wheels, a definite bonus!

I've used the EZ-UP shelters for over 20 years, at craft fairs and gift shows, setting it up multiple times a year for hours on end under a variety of weather conditions. They had a nice central shaft that raised the canopy, which made it possible for me to raise it myself, from the center, and more important, hold the shelter down in case of high winds. This new shelter does not have that feature, forcing me to use stakes or weights, which I prefer not to do. The frame is nicely weighty and sturdy, as I expected, while the Light Duty tarp may turn out to be too light for my purposes.

Utter Trash – Save Yourself the HeadacheThis thing is a complete joke. Flimsy, cheap, and totally useless. A light breeze came through and the frame bent like wet spaghetti. Then it rained, and instead of shedding water like a normal canopy, it turned into a sagging water trap. The fabric ripped right down the middle. Now I’ve got a broken pile of junk taking up space in my garage. Whoever designed this clearly never tested it outside. Don’t waste your money—this is overpriced garbage that belongs in a landfill.

This canopy replaced my first generation EZ UP that had poles you needed to put together to hold up the top. This canopy opens and the top is instantly supported with struts from the top of the four legs. There is no center pole holding up the peak. The pull rings and the height adjustment clips are set up well so you should not pinch your fingers. The frame mechanism is greatly improved and no fingers were pinched during set up or take down. Two of us easily set it up and took it down; with the old one if two people tried to do that there would be a lot of saying, "Wait while I move to the other corner. No, don't pull it yet. Ouch, you just pinched me!" The rolling bag is sturdy and the wheels are large so it is easy to pull along. The canopy is heavy to lift so the rolling bag is a needed. I also bought a sidewall and it has a little storage bag which fits inside the roller bag. I bought white; I wanted blue but the Ambassador does not come in that color. I like that it is true 10' X 10' with straight vertical legs. Be sure to get the side wall to increase the shade as the canopy sits up high. It is tall with only two height adjustments: high and higher. Some of the literature says it has three height adjustments, but I contacted EZ UP and they confirmed that it only has two adjustment height holes. The fabric is substantial and it is reinforced in the corners. I did not use it in the rain and it was not windy. We used it to have a socially distanced meal in our driveway on a very sunny day during Covid-19.

So I get this message on my phone:"Package was left inside the residence’s mailbox" LOL 😄But seriously, I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until tomorrow. Normally a day early is all the better. But I live in an apartment building ... Long story.I won't be able to set it up yet, but as I unpacked it to make sure everything was there I noticed the wheels were not connected. No problem - just that these things are usually packaged with holes in the box so it can be dragged with the wheels outside the box.Anyway, I can easily see that everything is there and I don't expect any problems in setting it up. I have another EZ UP and it is in perfect shape. I just need another one and this is going to be great for my photo booth that I will be doing at events in the summer.
