Fixed my jumpy screen/ no touch screen
Fixed my issues in my 2017 Sierra. Screen would randomly bounce around, and some times not recognize touch. This fixed both problems

100% solved my wifes frozen and randomly bouncing touch control on her 2012 Chevy Suburban.
Don't let my 5 star review of the "ease of install" fool you. Removing the factory head unit from a 2012 Chevy Suburban is not for the faint of heart BUT... there are some great videos on YouTube that show the process step by step. Once the radio was out and on my kitchen table, taking the entire assembly apart to get to just the raw touch screen was kind of a PIA as well. But I took my time and organized all of the removed screws. There are step by step videos online of that process as well. Once I was down to having just the bare LCD screen in my hand, removing the digitizer took a bit of time with my heat gun and the pry tools they provide but it was not difficult. Placing the new digitizer was easy and reassembly of the car took only a fraction of the time it took to disassemble everything. Once back together, everything worked perfectly and my wife is so pleased. Her touch screen works like new again and for only a fraction of a cost of the $1,000 the dealer wanted to replace the LCD. Total time spent was probably an hour watching and rewatching the online videos and then another hour to remove the radio, replace the digitizer and then about 15 minutes to put everything back together again. Well worth it if you're handy. If you've ever replaced a stock radio in your car with an aftermarket radio, you can easily tackle this job. If not, a car stereo installation store can easily handle this job for you.

Tried three of these, none of them worked
I tried to play the odds on this one, didn't work. I ordered one and installed it, thought it was working, but five minutes later it started acting up. I ordered another one, because I didn't want to take it out and return it, leaving nothing in it's place. I installed the new one and ghost touch was still present. I tried this process one more time, thinking that, according to odds, I would eventually get a good screen, NOPE. After three tries I'm over this. Now the screen is barely responding to touch, as well as ghost touching.BTW, I ensured software was updated, I removed the ground for the vehicle and cleaned it with a wire brush, making sure to solidly reattach to bare metal. I also reset the computer in my truck multiple times to attempt a fix.

Works great....some care needed in installing
This seems like a very good value....it replaces the screen which had ceased working reliably, and seems to be form, fit, function like new so far.Installation is straightforward, but some caution is advised as connectors are delicate in the existing truck, plus half the time to install was carefully removing adhesive adhering to old frame, which you are advised not to rush. These issues are due to the design and manufacture of the original Truck, not this replacement part.Replacement uses 7mm socket and T10 driver in 2017 GMC Canyon.Anyway, the part works great, you just need to allocate adequate time and patience so you don't mess up the job. I'd advice 2 hours for the first time non mechanic.

Easy install!
My touch screen slowly stopped working in my truck. I did a bit of research purchased this screen and installed it. It came with everything you need including the double sided tape already installed in the screen just peel the tape off and affix to the metal shroud. Plastic pry tools included as well, seamless integration works very well and extremely cost effective. No way you can go wrong with this product.
