I absolutely love, as do my cats ;)
The shipping took a few days longer then originally stated but I’m happy I waited it out. I originally ordered stairs, shelves, different ledges for them to get up to a high window my cats love to look out, and I returned them all because they just looked weird. This here was the best fit and look for what I personally wanted. The cats have not left it alone since it’s been up. I did read other people complaining about sturdiness. I think it’s plenty sturdy. I have 6 cats, of all different sizes and I trust they would all be fine on it but maybe one. He’s over 23 lbs. The top doesnt screw into the ceiling like I thought it was going to. Which is actually a plus. It wedges into place. It was super fast to put together. Very very easy. I highly recommend it. I am definitely ordering another for the other side of the window because how much they all love it. If considering it I’d say go for it. It’s easy enough to try.****************************I’m updating this after owning for a couple months. So I understand the complaints about sturdiness now. Mine has fallen over a couple times in the first couple weeks from the cats sitting on the top ledge, pulling their hardest at the scratch post and over a few days of doing that it weakens from the ceiling and topples. I do not regret my purchase. I still love it. But I think it could stand to be made a bit different. The top piece that wedges against the ceiling should have a rubber pad for more grip. And the screws should tighten tighter for locking it into place. I did wind up screwing it into my ceiling as I do like where it is situated and all my cats still enjoy it. Still a great cat tree. But needs a little bit of improvement. If you have lightweight cats or heavy cats and want to screw it into the ceiling then I highly recommend it.

It’s a bit unsteady, should be attached to wall
Overall I like it but I wish it had come with extra shelf to use instead of basket so you could use shelf instead. My cat has never used basket so she can’t get to top shelf. So I can’t install additional shelves for her yo jump to.

not safe for cats
UPDATE: i received a message from the seller offerring me a refund on Dec.08 and after contacting them about it, i had never heard back from them again, after they made their initial offer.quiete strange since, they were the ones who contacted me about giving me a refund, when i had mentioned nothing about it. i guess they had a change of heart lolthis is not very good for active cats, the product broke the first time i bought it, during normal use when my cat was playing on it. the company was great on providing a refund so i gave their product another chance. 6 weeks after i bought this item for the second time, the whole thing is wobbling and will not stay secured despite being installed properly. the screws on the very top of the cat tree keeps coming loose despite the screws bolts and nuts being tighten all the way. came home one day and thr whole thing was tilting sideways. im so disappointed at my decision to purchase this item for a second time despite the red flags i had experienced the first time around. this one is on me.

Good for the price, but can definitely be unstable.
The media could not be loaded. For the price with no shipping fees, it’s a good product. It reaches to the ceiling, the material as well as the sisal is great and my cat definitely likes it, it’s a decent size but doesn’t take up too much space. But, I would unfortunately have to agree with other reviews and say that it can be quite unstable. Especially if your cat is energetic and likes to jump/climb/move around a lot. The problem here is specifically with the TOP of the cat tree, the metal rod is thin and can be bent around, so eventually the tree might tilt or look crooked like it started to look with mine.Assembly is KEY. When you’re screwing all of the wooden pieces on top of the other, make sure it’s as TIGHT AS POSSIBLE. As you’re assembling farther up the tree, make sure to go back and recheck that you didn’t accidentally unscrew the bottom pieces. I found that as I was working my way up and started adding piece after piece, the one that I had assembled prior underneath would be slightly looser if I messed around with the one on top. So make sure to double check that everything is as tight as can be. Also, placing the tree against a wall offered more support and was infinitely better. The last thing I did was I put a thicker and wider block of wood between the ceiling and the very top of the cat tree so that it would shorten the length of the metal rod, and therefore be less flimsy and wobbly. Like I mentioned, this rod is thin compared to the overall size of the product and should ideally be thicker, so shortening that con and adding something stronger to the top was what worked best for me.

Saves my wall
I love this cat tree! I had a hard time finding one that would fit with the lower ceilings of my basement. I have a basement window that one of my cats insists on sitting in even though he can't quite reach it. This has resulted in him scratching up my wall. This cat tree has stopped the damage! He can now get to window he loves so much without digging his claws into my wall. This tree was very easy to assemble and hasn't budged from its spot in the last 3 months despite 3 larger cats jumping up and down the shelves. The hammock shelf does bend a little under my cat's weight, but is still holding up. My 3 legged cat can even get to the window now, though she prefers to sleep in the hammock.

It is pretty but not stable
My cat loved her previous tree. It was gray thick carpet material. Not rope. The basket wobbled so much, she would not get in it or climb to the top. The ceiling now has an indentation where we tried to tighten it. On the bottom where she did scratch, has a hole. Very very thin material! I purchased this in March 2024. I purchased my pervious model and put it up this morning. I thought I was upgrading by buying this one, my mistake. Sorry I cannot reccomend it. This is May4 2024. Trying to decide if I want to give it away, donate it or just throw it away.
