Dehumidifier Rod/High Power (18in)

I’ve had this for over a year and it’s still working great. It keeps my safe at the proper humidity and temperature levels. Easy to install and fairly priced.

Very well thought out product with a plug that can be removed and replaced. Good for safes that do not have an internal receptacle and require the cord to be routed through the safe wall.

I bought this as a replacement of my previous golden rod which stopped working, which I purchased over 20 something years ago. So I figured I would use it again due to reliability. Works as intended.

Well, the rod definitely gets hot, 140 by my temp gun measurement. What I don't like is the mounting feet. Very flimsy. A nice solid base would be much better. Remains to be seen if it lowers humidity.

This works wonders. I am wishing I would have purchased one sooner. I highly recommend getting one. They can get a little warm to the touch so if you’re not expecting it and reach your hand on it you will feel it. Overall very happy with it!
