The box was securely packaged and was not out of date. The ingredients are very small chunks and small flakes (I cut one open to look), however, each tea bag is stuffed full. I would say that the quantity of tea bags in the box and quantity of tea in each bag absolutely makes it worth the price. Taste is mellow and wonderful, great blend.

There are 18 different ingredients...and I researched every one of them. Yes, I am a little crazy, but I like to know what I'm ingesting, and there were ingredients I'd never heard of. I had no specific liver symptoms, so it's not as if it handled any pain or anything. But, besides nourishing the liver, it supports just about every system you can think of. Strangely, I can't describe the tastes except to say "tea." Funny, I know, but it doesn't taste like any of the ingredients more than another. It's quite plain, and I don't mind that, but a little honey is nice, too, every so often. And while I can't comment on a specific "improvement," overall I feel good when I drink it.

This is the second time I had it probably I will order more when I need it.

Takes a while to arrive but the tea is great. Highly recommended.
