I feel for the price, what it does, and it's weight it is great
It is lighter than our little giant, tradeoff is that it doesn't feel as sturdy. It does a lot, is light, and wasn't super expensive.Kinda baffling all the ways it can be configured. It comes with a 'owners manual' (in English) with pictures of different configurations (many things like this do not come with any thing showing how it can be used so it is months before you learn from someone else something else it can do.)Arrived in good shape and the additional pieces (leg supports, planks, paint tray) at the same price as others was bonus.We are contractors and having a little giant and this in our ladder collection means we have more options to get to the hard to reach areas.We recently got another ladder with extensions for leveling built in, I wish this had them, we always seem to be on un-level ground.

Versatile and light
I liked that it is very versatile. However, it's not sturdy. It gets the job done!

Relatively sturdy, very versatile, lightweight 15 ft ladder
Arrived on time and intact assembly was a breeze with a 10 mm socket to bolt on the stabilizing legs. Attaching the paint/tool carrier was extremely simple as well I like the fact that it remains on the ladder and can be folded out to be used or stowed away...Additionally the brace for when using the ladder as scaffolding, is a very important extra, as it helps support and stabilize the ladder when it is set as a scaffold... Also, The "deck plates" make it very easy to use as a scaffold, and they lock in quite securely...👍🏾At 50 lbs, it's lightweight enough to be maneuvered easily... It can reach the gutters of my single story ranch house easily, ...and I'm using it in my garage, as a scaffold, so I can paint the ceiling...

Seems flimsy
The metal steps hurt the feet and no matter what position I have it in it seems flimsy and makes me nervous.

Easy to change position
Came in nice sturdy box and had all the extra panels for scaffolding and brace bar to secure under scaffold area Worth the $29 extra to get those pieces! As an older woman 68 I could lift and manipulate the degrees of ladder pretty good by myself I gave an old rv so alway working on something up higher Roof sealing rubber replacing and glossing exterior should be easier now with this to reach upper higher areas of the large5 th wheel

Scaffold configuration is perfect for straddling the stove island to facilitate cleaning a ceiling mounted exhaust fan.

Disappointed.
First off it came with a missing part and it was very shaky.The stand up ladder was fine but I definitely wouldn't trust 330 lbs on it like they suggest.The scaffolding part of the ladder not safe at all, very unsteady.

Late arrival
Great ladder. But due to it being so big amazon sent it through the post office. And i had to pick it up from there. I was a little upset due to it being heavy and i didnt recieve it within 2 days as stated. So i will no longer buy big merchandise for amazon. I will just go throught WalMart.
