It is perfect for the area I put it but if you want a very bright light buy a higher watt.

Great yardlight except for the fact that the remote control is cheap junk and don't work. Of couse, without the functionality of the remote control - setting are limited. But the light turns on when the sun goes down and shuts off when the sun come up. If you buy this item be prepared to lower your expectations!

Visitors leave at night the Light comes on for their protection as they walk to their cars

The product is great. I have one light not in operating condition. Only stays on for a few minutes. Please help.

I used this solar light for our R.V. Covered Parking area that had insufficient lighting. I didn’t fully understand the options available with this light. I was hoping it had an option that the light would be completely off at night, unless it detected motion, then it would turn on. That’s the way our security cameras work. It works pretty well at 30% light, and turns on 100% if it detects motion. It was very easy to install, but the mounting hardware was useless. There should be a combination of lag screws if mounting to wood, or U-Bolts to attach to a pole. I had to buy (2) U-Bolts, so I could mount it to one of our R.V. cover posts. That was an additional cost of around $17.00, and could easily be provided with the unit. I have no idea how durable this light will be, as I just installed it today. The light seems adequate, and when it detects motion, it goes to 100% which lights up the area well.
