Q: would these be suitable to use with my hdtv, PS4 and sound bar plugged into it?

I think so separate plugs come of a ring main so really as long as all four plugs add up to 13amp or below

Q: Does this come with a back box?

No. It’s designed to fit over an existing recessed box using the same faceplate screws but longer ones are easier to fit. Works best with a 32 mm deep box either single or double.

Q: Does it come with screws?

No. There are 50mm / 2" Chrome Switch / Plug Socket Screw Longer x10 available on Amazon and cost £1 - £1.50 for 10. These screw on to the back plate which is visible when you remove the faceplate of the existing power point.

Q: can i plug an extension lead into this

All this is doing is making a 1 or 2 socket into a 4 socket. An extension can be used but as with most things still need to be aware power you are drawing so as not to overload the circuit.
