I bought this Samsung S10 for my brother, and it arrived in absolutely perfect condition. No scratches, no issues, and it worked immediately. All features run flawlessly, including the camera and battery. For the price, it feels like new. Very reliable and exactly as described. Highly recommended!

Very impressed for a used device it was in excellent condition. Perfect screen. Back also completely scratch free. Had been aparently reset to new configuration. Setup went smooth. Was well packaged and arrived quickly.

This is an excellent phone, especially for the value. Signal strength is always top notch and the phone seems to be fast and handle anything I throw at it. I've bought 3 S10, and will probably continue to buy them as long as they are available. They are the perfect compliment of size and features. Battery life is great, it lasts all day while constantly using it. I recommend this phone above the latest models....mostly because of size.

I was a little skeptical about buying a renewed phone however, rather than pay way too much for a new phone and go through the hassle of getting to a phone store and listening to a sales person, I decided to I would gamble the small purchase price this phone cost. I received the phone quickly, opened the plain white box that it arrived in and got the instructions . I followed them step by step and within 30 minutes had it up and operating and my old phone out of service. I have been using it several months now and very happy with the performance. I had read that the battery life was a bit of a problem with this model and yes, it does have a rather short life between charges however not anything severe. I have been extremely satisfied with the looks and performance of this device.

The phone came as said, with 128gb and unblocked so I didn't have to worry about having to get a SIM but I did still put one. And it's quality is actually good, I have been using it for half a year and it's still standing up but for the battery I have seen some decrease life, but that's all on me for having alot of apps using alot of battery but the phone is great.

I bought this refurbished S10 ("Excellent condition") after my previous S10 was destroyed. Most newer phones lack headphone jacks and had lower screen resolutions with starting prices of $500 on up. Since I was perfectly content with my old phone, except for the badly aging battery, I decided to try this refurb, especially since it promised a battery in good shape (80% or better of a new battery). I'm extremely pleased with it. I was able to move the SIM card (still functional) from the old one, boot it up, and completely restore everything from existing backups - apps, screen layouts, photos, contacts, bookmarks, everything. The saved wireless connections and a few apps needed new sign-ins but that was about the extent of the recovery. The phone is in perfect cosmetic condition. (It does NOT come with a screen protector; you'll need to install one yourself.) From a functional standpoint it works perfectly. I cannot vouch for the 80% or greater battery capacity of a new phone, but even if not good, it is far better than the old one, which was 4 1/2 years old. Replacing the battery in the old one would have cost at least as much as this phone, or else the time and effort of a complicated and risky disassembly on my part. I'd buy another one of these refurbished phones without hesitation.

When my phone arrived, it wouldn't let me sign in to my Microsoft account or the phone, even after I performed a factory reset. It said this phone was controlled by some sort of administrator, and my data was not private. I am extremely upset and frustrated. I have to return this phone, and I am scared to get another phone because I don't want the same thing to happen. According to Google, if this happens, this means the phone was stolen, and then someone tried to sell it on Amazon. EXTREMELY UPSET. I am a real person and a real customer; take this as a warning. :(

No way I'm spending a thousand on a phone or 500 or signing no contract ...this is a great option at a great price for ppl thst could care less about a camera and just need a phone

Fonctionne super bien

The phone was in impeccable condition, screen had zero scratches on front or back. Only issue is that the battery drains very fast. I cannot go a whole day without charging it at least once or twice throughout the day..

It came in late but, the phone was in Excellent condition, also came with the cable and wall plug which was a bonus
