I send mine back because they were to small. The size is for a kid, not a grownup. Good luck with it **Q: How to unsnap banana clip?** A: It only unsnaps from one side by pulling the sides apart. **Q: Do these have silicone to prevent fine hair from sliding out?** A: No they do not, I have very fine, thin hair and have not had a problem. Suggestion: Spray your hair with a little dry shampoo to "thicken" it and then put in comb. These 6 inch ones are small and you should not have a problem. **Q: are they comb like** A: They are comb-like but too small.
