Handy little tool
This little tool worked exactly as it should. Instead of attaching it at the cable control on the mower handle, though, I had to detach the cable at the carburetor and work it backwards because the cable was fastened at the throttle control and couldn’t be removed to fasten it there.

Ok but not great. However, for a reasonable priced item to help manage cable lubing it does the job, it can just be messy because it's simply not a sealed air tight application. Just take your time and be patient otherwise lots of ooze.

Works Well
Used this to get some lube in the throttle cable of my 1982 XJ750. The throttle pull was ridiculously hard before lubing and using this tool made it so easy to get it running right again

Flawless Victory!!
While it doesn't form a perfect seal, only a small amount of lubricant escaped. I anticipated that, so I simple wrapped a shop towel around it and it does the job fast. I used PJ1 Cable Lubricant with it. Highly recommend
