Really love this stuff -- I put it in my hydro flask once or twice a day and it keeps me drinking a lot more water than I would normally, and I don't even think about it. I consistently stay hydrated, feel a lot better and recover more quickly as a result. This stuff has a nice non-artificial and natural sort of sour/tangy sweetness. This works very well and is very refreshing, unlike some of the others I have tried which taste more like pure stevia (weird marshmallow fuzzy sort of sweetness that does not mesh well with, say, a lemon-lime flavor). Some of the flavors are a bit artificial tasting but overall pretty good. So far, I'd rate the flavors as follows:- Lemon-Lime - 5/5 this is always my go-to- Grape - 4/5 - I like this one but it definitely tastes sort of like a standard artificial grape flavor. If you like the flavor of grape soda, you'll probably like this.- Strawberry yuzu - 3.5/5 - I like it okay, but it's a bit too sweet and if you don't dilute it, it really starts tasting very artificial. Pro-tip: mix it 50/50 with the lemon-lime and it's WAY better.

I’ve tried tons of hydration drinks and this one is perfect consistency, mixes up well and the flavor is perfect. I mix this with my creatine powder everyday.

Good ingredients, great taste. Helps me get those electrolytes I’m low in and helps increase my water intake. This brands flavors are all very yummy. I think the dried coconut water really helps give it a fuller texture too. Mixes beautifully with our hand frother.
