Really helps me fall asleep.
I like this product as it helps me fall asleep. It tastes good. The only problem I have is with the dropper. It doesn't seem to fill up easily. I have to fill it twice to get the needed amount as it does not fill up all the way. As well, it takes a few pushes on the dropper bulb to empty it into my mouth. I still gave it 5 stars as it works!

Very peaceful sleep
I like that i know when i lay down at night i will be able to relax and go into a peaceful night sleep. Wake up the next morning and be rested, I’m on my third bottle. The main reason is I have restless legs and it has helped me so much I will not be without it.

Directions are a bit confusing
I have used melatonin for years as a sleep aid. I was interested in trying these sleep drops since they had other natural ingredients in them. The drops did arrive quickly to my house and were well packaged. The are sweet and a little thick like a syrup. The expiration date is 2 years after manufactured and about a year and a couple months after I received them. The directions are a little confusing. Suggested use says "2 drops daily". However, a full dropper is 1 ml which is 1 serving size according to the ingredients. That would be like 15 actual drops so I am thinking they mean you actually take 1 dropper? I have been afraid to actually take a full dropper in case that is wrong. I normally use about 5 ml of melatonin at night if I can't sleep and if 1 dropper is 1 ml, that is not a lot but I realize other ingredients are being used as well. The other sort of issue I have with it is the bottle states "Liquid drops supplement required daily consistent for noticeable effects." It is not the best English but, if I am reading it correctly and it is saying I need to take this daily. I don't particularly like that. I only use melatonin on nights I struggle to sleep. If you are someone that struggles every night, this is probably good for you. I try to avoid using it when I don't need to.

Dosage is confusing.
I am always looking for some gentle insomnia relief; I only take natural and trusted sleep supplements. I also require clear labeling and easy to understand dosing, especially if I am trying out an unfamiliar blend and brand. The "Wave Drops" sleep-promoting liquid arrived at my door quickly after ordering. The box is well sealed, as is the amber dropper bottle. The writing on the box and dropper label is very small, so I pulled out my trusty magnifying glass for a closer look. Nowhere on the box is there any mention of country of origin. On the Amazon product page, it states "USA brand." However, based on my observations I strongly doubt these drops originate in the United States. There is a product name but no mention of any corporate affiliation or contact information. There are spelling and translation errors all over the packaging. On the Supplement Facts, it has a "Daily Value" in percentage form for the various ingredients - Valerian Root, Lavender, Chamomile, something called Rhodiola Root and vitamin B-6 . Now let's be clear, there exists no "daily value percentage" for ANY of those ingredients except perhaps for B-6. A daily value for Lavender....yeah, right. Looks like they might have just made this part up.The dosage is confusing as well. It states "two drops." Two single, tiny droplets? Or two droppers full, or should we fill the scored eyedropper all the way to 1mg then again equaling two? I have no idea how much of this I'm supposed to take.I'm not feeling the love for this product, and even though it is well sealed, there are too many unknowns and other issues; I simply can't recommend these.
