Not a one size fits all. Doesn't fit snug. I wouldn't recommend. You might wind up sending it back.

I love mine
I love mine. I just tried it today before today. I was using the foam and separate boards for front and back. That was a disaster. This one piece is exactly what I needed. It is comfortable and it's decreasing my pain love love love it.

love how this board had my stomach looking after just a few hours. I wore it to work, so I was walking a lot, and I could definitely tell a difference. The board is hard, but it does the job!”

Great replacement piece for individual foam boards!
This is actually a really great product! I was looking for something in one piece to replace using foam boards - those are so hard to get right under a compression garment. This binder works very well and makes getting into a garment so much easier. The velcro band is also a plus because you can tighten it as much or as little as you want. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it could be a touch longer. If you had skin removal or a tummy tuck and have a bikini line or lower scar, this binder could hit right on it when you sit down. It definitely won't cover it when standing.

For the really short term…
It starts off great. After a couple weeks it starts to deteriorate. The plastic board in the middle shifted, it’s not very tight. It folds. It was ok for my first 3 weeks. Beyond that not so much. If you buy it, just know it’s short time. It got me through for a bit.

La faja tiene una tabla que su material la hace incómoda y marca mucho , quise devolverla pero enviaron la etiqueta en su idioma ( chino) y el gasto de la devolución siendo por mi cuenta valía más que el producto comprando , resultó mejor quedarme con un producto que no voy a utilizar
