So this week I needed a lot, but didn't get this till today! I had an issue with my eye (corneal irritation and swelling from falling asleep in contact...more than I would like to admit!) I was having to wear my glasses and was getting eye strain and a headache from that as well. The Eyeris 3 arrived today, and it was a gigantic blessing! The steroids were helping, but this magic massager took care of the rest! The heat was perfect and soothing, my eyes felt so good after. The irritation was gone because the heat and massage some how got rid of my dry eyes. The pressure took away the tension and my headach is GONE. I don't have a migraine right now, but it's inevitable (in the next few weeks) and while I would be insane to look forward to that, I am excited to see how it handles all that mess and agony. They cold pack fitting over the unit is genius and think its definitely a better option that the massagers I was considering (where only the eye pads get cold). I read people not liking the vibration function, but I know me and when I have migraines that vibration will be the ticket, I suspect! I can't say enough good things. It is beautiful and comfortable to wear. The weight is ideal to keep it seated on your face to provide the perfect compression. The unit is easy to navigate with the buttons, but once its on and you want to change it up, the voice control worked flawless. The adjustable setting are nice, so far I used them all! I am assuming there will be times that I will value one over the other (like the eye issues, if it hadn't given me a tension headache). I will be honest, I though the music and noises would be pointless, as I would just put my earbuds in and listen to an audiobook, but it was actually really soothing and I would use it! I can't say enough good things!I saw their smart eye massager AFTER I purchased this one, and would have considered it over this one, but I haven't found any videos explaining differences that would justify me switching... plus I'm really in love with the eyeris 3! The only other one I am considering is renpho dual purpose head and eye massager. I did read a reviewer who said that they valued having both so I may have to talk myself into giving it a try! I will definitely be getting one for my mom for Christmas, and yall should too! The relation and actual relief it provides, is definitely worth the money. I'm so glad I found this and I hope anyone who has these same issues or concerns, will pull the plug and get one too because it is SO worth it!!!Thank you renpho and Amazon for the discount!

This mask is super comfortable. The noise level is a bit loud with the whirring, but I sort of enjoy it as the cycle goes. The quality is good, and it seems to continue functioning for several hours on end. Don’t forget to charge it prior to use though as the battery will drain regardless of it being on or not. I love how this device massages the temples and pressurizes the eyes, and it is a great gift to give to those who suffer with migraines and other headaches ailments.

Ordered this item for my husband, it is very nice and relaxing, love the massage, heat and sound, but it didn't receive 5 stars because it also said it came with cooling and it does not. I was hoping to use the cooling feature for my migraines. Otherwise it works great.

I would expect from such highly advertised brand as Rephno a little bit more investment in the air pressure and vibration routines than in their latest models - basically, there is no difference between the modes except there it is (eyelids or temples for airbags) and one very sharp and sudden vibration rhythm. The pump's action was also strange - in one of the massage modes the pump would suddenly release the air in the middle of my eyelids each time scaring me. So, not a good impression for the massage, not relaxing at all for both airbags and vibration.The control and customizations are OK. Not sure why, but I was not able to activate the voice control mode and, frankly, find it not as useful as a remote control - the overall idea is to have a relaxing and migrane-mitigating environment where the least I want to do is to make any type of the loud voice commands to the mask on my eyes. I suspect my accent or pronunciation were the cause of no reaction to my voice, but maybe I just did not try hard or got a broken unit. The navigation via buttons requires a learning curve and some memorization which button and type of clicks will do one or another action.The fit is great, there were no discomfort wearing this quite big mask - it has enough padding to make it fit nicely and not press on the bridge of my nose. The power of the massage heads, the heat and different levels of each were also great. The voice was clear and loud, the set of 3 music/nature sound was also better than in the similar models.Overall, I like my Eyeris 2 better than this new generation Eyeris 3 being more gentle in the switch between different airbag pressure points and less sudden in vibration or air release points. I always fall asleep after the Eyeris 2 use, while couple of times this Eyeris 3 woke me up more rather than put to a calm and relaxed mode.

I recently purchased this eye massager and tried it. I like being able to set it how I want the massage to go. I the choice of heat massage, cool massage or just plain massage. I am happy with it.
