Clean Colours
As with their watercolours, Schminke Gouache have very clean bright colours, have good opacity when painted thick and dilute very well to give thin semitransparent colours. I would like to have a wider range of colours in this series. Good robust metal box.

Two of the paint tubes has burst upon arrival. Ordinarily I wouldn't have minded too much but considering the price and the premium reputation of this particular brand, I'm quite disappointed. Having looked at other reviews, I can see other people are in the same boat
