Captain Flinn and the Pirate Dinosaurs - The Magic Cutlass

My 6 year old loves reading about Flinn’s adventures. Despite the book being quite long for his age it’s engaging enough to keep him reading till it’s finished. Like the illustrations as well, my son often admires them before continuing with reading.

Well recieved birthday present for a 6yr old

I got these for the little boy down the road on his 4th birthday as he is a big fan of pirates and dinosaurs so these were perfect!! He loves reading them with his mum and she gives them a big thumbs up!

Great characters that are easy to dramatise when reading aloud.

This is the final of three that I have bought my son. We first read it in the library when he was 3 and he has loved them ever since, being a big fan of firstly dinosaurs and secondly pirates. He is now age 5 and still regularly picks them for his bedtime read.The books hold your interest, are well written and fun, with an irreverence that kids love.

My six-year-old grandson adores these Captain Flinn books and now has them all. Each time he received one as a gift he began to read it immediately. I don't like them much but now he is able to read them quite easily on his own I don't have to read them! His parents still read them to him as a bed-time story and no doubt can recite them verbatim by now.

It's just ok

Our five year old Kindergartener requests all these pirate books by Giles Andreas to be read over and over. He never tires of listening to these stories.

Il libro è in inglese, i disegni sono belli e non costretti da vignette, le storie di C. Flinn uniscono i dinosauri ai pirati, due temi preferiti dai bambini. Per mio figlio di 5 anni è stato perfetto. Noi abbiamo rpeso tutta la serie. Consigliato!

Granddughter is a fan of Capt Finn and this is another of the books that she is in love with.
