This thing is absolutely great, it works perfect, night vision is perfect, speaker is perfect, you can speak and listen at the touch of one button on the app. Installing it was tricky because I didn't know you had to include the SSID name which is case sensitive, a very simple solution that took me a while to realise, but that aside, installing everything and connecting is very easy.There is absolutely no need to spend 100s of pounds on this type of device, I use an old tablet to leave to monitor, and you can install it on as many devices as you want, I have on my phone, the mrs has on hers and then the tablet which is on when my little one is not with us. I have no idea hoe the motion detection works, but I don't need it, I will update if ever come to need it, or figure out how it works.I don't know what the overpriced devices are like, but I cant see it being much better than this, other than having unnecessary features...ohhh you can record, and take pictures directly to your device, or you can set it to record 24/7 but it will additional on memory on either the smart phone/tablet or on the camera itself, I haven't tested continuous recording so I cant comment on that.Conclusion, absolutely bargain, hopefully it will last until my little doesn't need to be monitored anymore, buy this before you try anything else, it's an absolute bargain

Ok, I haven't tried this with a SD card or used the motion detection or night vision.I bought this because I wanted a live baby monitor which has two-way audio.It connects really easily, great picture. Sound is ok, but I've only really tested that through one mic so can't really say.From other reviews I haven't updated the firmware, but out the box it works great!Only small downside - the hinge on the bracket is, well, floppy. Nothing a bit of blu-tack won't fix, but if the aesthetic bothers you, go spend 3-4x the price on something else that does the same job.

The equipment is not working properly with wifi, the equipment is not working with sd card, no good experience with this, the price is ok.
