These are washable and reusable. We have washed and reused the ones we have. I cannot tell you what the maximum would be.

Yes they are good for Lyphedema therapy perfect for the circulation of your legs

Can these be washed and reused ?

Judging by the materials used, I would say you could wash them pretty easily either in the machine or by hand; however, because of the elastic used, I would absolutely let the bandages air dry....elastic should never be exposed to dryer heat.
