True to size. You want safety toe just a bit big. Didn't affect the wear any.

Yea and very very comfortable only bad thing about the shoes is the soles they wear down after a couple weeks need more of a solid sole but other then that perfect steel toe kicks

Q: Are these boots waterproof?

I don't think so but it's one of the most comfortable work shoes I've ever worked in
