Very nice newer technology...i.e. small charging case & hearing aides. Comes with 3 different variety of ear cushions each in small, medium & large to get the besTV. most comfortable fit.Very easy to follow instructions.I would recommend ramping up on your daily usage time ( start at maybe 2 hours for first several days & increase time every couple of days) if this is your first pair. Lots of sounds that I didn't know I wasn't hearing.I will say I suffer from tinnitus in both ears & this has helped calm it down to a less annoying level.Really helps clarify & increases volume on listening to music & watching tv.If you can't afford expensive hearing aides this is a good alternative choice.

This is all very comfortable, and discreet set of hearing aids/amplifiers. I found that it immediately had a clean and crisp quality to the amplification, and had no difficulty with using it. The only one concern personally that I had was the amount of excess Feedback and squelching that occurred from high decibel input. For example, when closing closet door with a loud screech, this amplification was uncomfortable. Other examples would be a very high-pitched and rather high decibel, crying infant, whose amplification was not managed well and again cause discomfort. However, aside from that, for every day use, they are good quality and they do the job.

The hearing aids are working great! It has helped with hearing voices clearer and has definitely improved my hearing. I love it already for the low-price vs prescribed hearing aid cost. It’s better than paying over $2500. My insurance doesn’t pay any portion of my cost. My family is happy since I can lower the TV volume. I stopped asking them to repeat themselves. I can change the volume when needed, especially while in a busy restaurant. I still play basketball and running around doesn’t dislodge the aides. The aids fit my ear very well and don’t slowly start falling out. They are very comfortable. For the cost, I am extremely satisfied with this product. I would recommend this for anyone who is still active and wants the family to stop complaining about the TV volume.

really does help one hear better however unable to turn the volume down enough. that's why the 2 stars for "easy to use"

I have some hearing loss in my right ear from work noises. I never purchased a hearing aid before because I could not afford one. Now I can hear the same out of each ear. The standard size ear domes fit snuggly in my ear and do not produce any whistling, but are not that comfortable. I will try the memory foam version next. The charging case works as expected. I will update this review if anything stops working.When they arrived I noticed a small plastic strip which had to be removed from each device to allow the battery to connect.This was not mentioned in the instruction book. Other than that, the instructions were complete and understandable.

I purchased these hearing aids and love them!! for the price; i didn't expect them to be so good!! they are easy to use, small and fit inside my ear so no one can see them and they are so easy to use. I would recommend these to anyone who is in need of hearing aids but doesn't want to spend a fortune for fear they may not wear them. These are very easy and very portable, chargeable and inexpensive! I love them and wear them all the time. Great buy!!!

Utterly disappointed in these hearing aids. Purchase was a complete waste of my money. They don't work & are very difficult to manipulate. Will try to return them for refund.

Sound is good but the domes not big enough for husbands ears. They whistle constantly and drives us crazy! Very disappointed.
