I am impressed by the quality and printing quickness of this device. It took 2 seconds to print each sheet! Fantastic! The installation of the printer drivers was flawlessly. In top of that, the design of the printer is elegant. It will fit any office style. I am happy that I invest in this device. No more expensive ink cartridges!

The media could not be loaded. You will waste more money on paper than what you save on ink with this machine WASTING SO MUCH PAPER. every paper has to be printed like 4 times because it gets stuck mid way and you have to RE print it until it finally prints completely. This is the second one I’ve bought and both had the same issue.Don’t waste your money and SANITY on this printer it’ll drive you crazy.if you’re buying this for school or work, THIS trash is not for you.

On the go this come handy small and packable for traveling

This printer is difficult at best to connect to my MacBook (haven’t achieved that yet because no program on my Mac can open the site). From my phone I have tried to print, if it prints at all, it takes forever to do so, AND it doesn’t complete the job. If I program it to print specific pages it will only so many of the pages and either revert back to printing the first page or it (as you can see in my photo above), will print complete BLACK PAGES!! Total waste of money for me! I’m spending more time trying to print my schoolwork than actually doing my schoolwork. I’m so upset. I don’t have the time I’ve wasted with this printer. Not worth the money or the hassle!

Set it up. power cable gets power, paper is in, ribbon is in. It refuses to turn on. All connections are there. (This is NOT plug and play in 2024. See next paragraph.)I then typed in the driver link above "hprt.com/hprt-gt1 and it says page not found. Back doored to the driver page, found it, installed and the printer wouldn't power up and print. Then I unplugged the power cables again and it recognized the cable and the power button finally worked.Then when I chose GT1 printer it locked up. Would not print. I had to change to the GT1 version that said (copy) for some reason. That option printed.It works...it's just a pain to set up.

Don’t buy this. I wish I hadn’t. The print quality is so poor that if you are printing barcodes you can’t scan them. Also it’s not inkless. It’s a complete lie. They send you ink reels. Pictures come out grainy. It only printed nicely for a week or two. It’s hard to connect to. You have to turn it on and hope it connects. The app signs you out all the time. It says it’s compatible with normal paper but it drops the quality in half. Thermal paper is toxic and linked to cancer so you don’t really want to be handling it if you have a choice. And now not even a year later it has decided to stop connecting. It’s on and ready to go but in the app it says it’s offline. Go buy a real printer.
