This is a disgrace, I order your product and Nuevo have to send it back because the wrong power cord was sent with the product. This is a waste of my time. See pictures for confirmation.

I have mixed thoughts about this printer. First, the tech is interesting, and the footprint of this small printer is pretty much ideal. I like that it uses regular paper and is not limited to thermal paper like many similar printer designs.But the execution of the technology itself leaves something to be desired. It requires a special application to print via Bluetooth from a device, and this application can't run off 5gb wireless band, only 2.4... which most wireless routers and gateways these days don't even have. I don't understand why it was programmed to piggyback off an old type of WiFi network instead of just directly communicating with the printer and device. It's really bad software design.My solution is to just treat it as a desktop printer. However, Windows doesn't have any drivers that are compatible with this printer, so it requires a web search and the download and installation of a third-party driver. Since this is a bit of a no-name company, I'm taking a risk by installing this driver, but we'll live with that. I'll certainly update my review if I ever have trouble on that end.Print quality is basically going to be substandard compared to literally any inkjet or laser printer, but there is a silver lining: this prints fast, and I mean fast. It shoots that paper out faster than any laser printer I've used, and it doesn't seem to make a difference how much text or whatever else there is on the page.So, for any print job where you need quality, and for any kind of ease of use, you need to head somewhere else. But, if like me you just need a quick and dirty printout from a desktop PC sometimes, it'll do what you need. Quality is good enough for printing a shipping label or creating readable text, but no better than that.

I am impressed by the quality and printing quickness of this device. It took 2 seconds to print each sheet! Fantastic! The installation of the printer drivers was flawlessly. In top of that, the design of the printer is elegant. It will fit any office style. I am happy that I invest in this device. No more expensive ink cartridges!

This printer is difficult at best to connect to my MacBook (haven’t achieved that yet because no program on my Mac can open the site). From my phone I have tried to print, if it prints at all, it takes forever to do so, AND it doesn’t complete the job. If I program it to print specific pages it will only so many of the pages and either revert back to printing the first page or it (as you can see in my photo above), will print complete BLACK PAGES!! Total waste of money for me! I’m spending more time trying to print my schoolwork than actually doing my schoolwork. I’m so upset. I don’t have the time I’ve wasted with this printer. Not worth the money or the hassle!

This is a nice little printer. Every student, business, and home should have one.

I ordered this printer back in August and it arrived quickly after. I have really attempted to make it work over the months but unfortunately, it just doesn’t work for me..I was pretty excited about it so I immediately put it to work but, that technically didn’t happen till over a week later since initially, I could not get it to work at all. I finally had to have a more tech savvy friend come over to help. Even he said that this printer is complicated which is surprising since the description acts like it’s incredibly simple with few steps.First off, the instructions are confusing. They are written in a way that you would need to understand basic technical concepts to understand. I am NOT tech savvy so half of the things mentioned went right over my head.. that made it difficult and frustrating to set it up.Next, i never could get it to connect to my iPhone 14. I still have no reason as to why it won’t connect. In addition, i am more of a one device person so i rarely use anything but my phone so my laptop computer is rather old and it too had trouble connecting. Sometimes it connects quickly, other times it won’t connect at all. I sell online so i was hoping to be able to print out invoices and shipping labels from my phone.. this never happened since i can get it to connect to my phone. The only place it seems to do ok is with my PC and i have to keep it plug in all the time, it won’t connect over wifi.The print quality is fine.. honestly, i can’t tell the difference between this and other printouts. The quality looks the same to me. It does print fast but it seems to have issues with placement. Sometimes it prints things sideways?? Maybe it’s me but I can’t figure out why it does this and other times it prints normally. I also found the app to be overly complicated and, I honestly don’t appreciate having to have yet another app. I thought this would just print normally but i have to use the app to print?? Seems unnecessarily complicated. Especially for people like me who get overwhelmed fast with tech.All in all, I can’t say I’m very impressed nor can I recommend it. I DEFINITELY don’t recommend this for tech users like me who barely understand and need things to be much more simplified. This acted like 1, 2, 3 steps and you’re done but i didn’t find that to be true at all. Perhaps it would be easier for others, and work better, but not for me. I like the small, space saving concept and no ink cartridges but if i can’t get it to work as intended, then those benefits become obsolete..

Great little printer
