Having already tasted L-Carnitine on its own, I have to say this version with Green Tea is the BEST!! It has a very sour and somewhat caustic taste on its own, so adding Green Tea mellows this out and makes it pleasant to consume. Here's what I liked and disliked about this product:- LIKES ------ 1. The bottle has 480ml which is a nice size quantity. 2. The taste is pleasant, and appeals to my sweet tooth ;) 3. A tablespoon (that is 15ml) gives you 3000mg of L-Carnitine, 50mg Green Tea and your daily intake of Vitamin C. 4. Helps with weight loss as it transports fat to the mitochondria for them to be BURNED!!! 5. Assists with endurance as it removes the build up of lactic acid which can cause fatigue. DISLIKES ----------- 1. The liquid is quick thick and a bit sticky (See photo attached). 2. Could be cheaper? 3. At the recommended 3g dosage, it may cause an upset tummy. CONCLUSION ---------------- I'm definitely recommending this product as it's tasty and you only need a small amount to give you LOADS of each product. Great for burning up fat and giving you added energy as a result!

Very good tasting and strong

I’ve been an innosupps fan for a while and thought I’d try this out for cost and more easy access. Love the taste of the fruit burst, better than innosupps. Less sour and more sweet. I’ve been mixing it with my squash so I drink it during the morning over time. I’m a tennis player twice a week so I bought it to make maximum effect on my workouts. To know that it’s working, it should make you feel warm and potentially, hot and sweaty. A bit like a hot flush. I’ll definitely be buying this again. Perhaps I’ll try the apple one next!

Received the product leaking the liquid all over the bubble bag!!? There no expiry date on the product and can't return the product!!

Great product at the cheapest price i could find! Seal was secure and ive never had any unwanted side effects! Find i feel more energetic when i use this product and does help with weight loss when used with a diet and training! Is very sour so it thats not for you try another flavour!
