Toasties - The Ultimate Grain-Free, Gluten-Free, Low-Carb Cracker (Cheddar)

These crackers taste like real crackers, unlike other keto/low carb crackers that are made with nut flours and extraneous ingredients. First, I want to commend the manufacturer for shipping the items in recyclable packaging material and they arrived with out a lot of broken crackers, which does happen with other crackers. I have tried every flavor except for the Garlic and Herb and they are truly wonderful and tasty crackers that are made with simple ingredients that are safe for Diabetics and all people who need/want to be on a grain free, nut free, gluten free, keto/low carb way of eating. Most remarkable is that the Jalapeno Cheddar flavor actually has dried jalapenos in them and have a little spicy kick. There is only one complaint-- they are too salty . This is from someone who likes salt and I do salt all of my foods. The problem is that it interferes with everything you put on them-- Delicate goat cheese or cream cheese, or even tunafish just end up tasting too salty. I don't know if that much salt is needed to make the crackers crunchy or tasty, but I, for one, would appreciate a more bland cracker to be the foil for the ingredients one would place on top. For that reason, I'm sticking with the Original and Rye flavors. Even though they are still very salty-- there is less competition with food placed on top. I wonder if the manufacturer would consider making a low sodium flavor. They still deserve 5 stars and I will continue to buy them.

There was a lot of brag about these "crackers". So, I was super excited when they came. Opened the package right away. They're thicker than a cracker, more like a tiny piece of toast. The taste wasn't as good as any cracker I ever had, I could taste the butter and garlic, but it wasn't like a garlic toast. I had one, it crumbled and fell apart in my mouth. I wanted to spit it out. Awful, awful, nasty product. Super expensive too for the few ounces of product. Definitely would NOT recommend. I truly don't understand how people can brag on them.

Something I’ve missed dearly are crackers. I’ve tried several substitutions but they never hit the mark. Toasties are an ABSOLUTE home run!!! Clean ingredients that do not spike my blood sugar and they taste Amazing!! When Lee posted I high tailed it to Amazon and was able to get three flavors. Drool is all I have to say. Needless to say, I’m stalking Amazon for more!!Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

These are FANTASTIC! They actually have a nice kick, unlike most products claiming to be jalapeño flavored, they’re crunchy in a way most diabetic and keto friendly products aren’t and have the perfect texture, and they’re only made with ingredients that I would use for myself and my kids! I seriously recommend these and will absolutely be buying them regularly! They also would work great as a crouton replacement!

I am amazed at how low these crackers are on carbohydrates. They taste very good but really hit the mark when used with cheese and crackers or dipped in queso blanco cheese dip. They were especially good broken up and used as a crouton substitute in a salad I made. I will order more.

Not very tasty, it is very hard to even tell the taste because of the excessive saltiness anyway. Weird texture and variable from bag to bag. Unappealing color. Most crackers are broken, an intact one is a rare find in the bag. For the price, it's not a good deal.

Only about half or less of each package arrives intact. The rest are just pieces like in the photo so useless for adding to a charcuterie board and too expensive to use for croutons or breading. I do like their flavor esp rye and original
